Preview - Lenny

So I am SUPER organised this week, here is a preview from my session today with little Lenny and his older brother Archie.  I have known their parents Tom and Bern for years now.  We went to Uni at the same time and ended up travelling to Alice Springs more than once for a program to assist Aboriginal children in remote locations with Literacy.  Since then, we have also taught at the same school.  So it was more than nice to catch up today and take some photos of their boys!

Although he looks asleep, Lenny definitely wasn't!  This shot is one of my favourites, he looks so happy, peaceful and definitely relaxed.

I could not resist putting the next photo on here!  Lenny was laying quietly and big brother Archie was trawling some of our props.  All of a sudden he popped over and laid the lips on Lenny.  Hilarious!

And here is Archie, who was a wonderful helper and kept me very entertained throughout the shoot.

And brothers together, such a tender and happy moment!

Tom and Bern, thank you so much for coming to visit with your boys, they really are beautiful both on the inside and out!  You two are such wonderful parents who value each and every moment with your boys.

Second in waiting...

Meet Nicole and her beautiful family, daughter Ava Grace and husband Steve.  And in there, baby number two, despite the shocked look on Nicole's face, classic!

I first met Nicole at Mother's Group when I (Belle) first had Phoebe.  Since then, we have been good friends, the girls better friends, play dates each week and swimming lessons together. 

 

Thanks for being the first to try out our new coloured wrap, beautiful!

And baby number two, waiting patiently, not long now, only a couple of weeks if all goes to plan.

Nicole, despite being a little tired from lack of sleep and running round after Ava, you look amazing (Steve, you're not too shabby yourself!).  Thank you for allowing us to capture you and your family before your new addition arrives!  We wish you the best of luck for the next few weeks and can't wait to meet your bubba!

Waiting

The Studio has been abuzz of late, lots of visitors, lots of photos and now lots of upcoming Blog posts, so stay tuned. 

This is my (Belle's) best friend, which means she is also part of the family so Sarah also knows her very well.  Nicole already has two beautiful girls in Kaitlyn and Brydie, so they popped in for a quick Maternity session at the studio.  Nicole in general has a very laid back personality, which made for a relaxed and easy shoot.

Since the shoot, Nicole has given birth to her third girl, Neisha.  Brydie has been smothering her with lots of love, and Kaitlyn has done this all before once, so she isn't overly fused.  Nicole is getting used to being a Mum of three now, which of course has bought with it a whole new set of challenges.  She tells me that "one was hard because I had no idea what I was doing, two was a breeze and three, well you would think with three I would pretty much know it all but it is even harder!".  Despite this all, I think she is super mum and doing an awesome job!

Cherish your time with Neisha while she is still a bub, but most of all remember, take care of yourself!

Sisters

We had so much fun with these two girls!  They were up for anything!  Kealey and Sharni arrived in their pj's around lunchtime, which was so much fun in itself.  When they stepped into the studio, their eyes lit up, a girls slumber party with a little twist, complete with the lollies and tee-pee!!

These two sisters, not too many years apart, are so different, not only in their stunning looks but also their energetic personalities. 

Quick wardrobe change and ...... hello Sharni, with your beautiful chocolate locks and cheeky smile!

And Kealey, you are just growing up so quickly before your Mum's very eyes!



Thanks girls for coming in to the studio, we had such fun with the both of you!  Thanks Shae for bringing them, your girls really are beautiful in so very many ways!
