Newborn Sweetness

We haven't had a newborn in the studio for a little while, let alone a little girl.  Meet this small package, meet Lexie.......



Snug as a bug in a rug.  A faint smile, I wonder what you are dreaming about?  Even though the sleeps were short lived, Lexie slept for only a few minutes at a time, but we managed to get some beautiful shots.

And yes, that is a baby, teeny, tiny, tiara!  Oh my how cute!

You are in good hands Miss Lexie, we can tell buy the love that oozed from your Mum and Dad!  Enjoy each and every moment, the time will fly by.

P.S - Sarah's little bub is still all warm and cozy inside.  We await Baby Bowen's arrival with excitement!

Harrison...

So many children visiting us lately, we love it!  This little one however, is our first official newborn in the studio.  On a bitterly cold day (yes Melbourne you seem to be back to normal after a run of beautiful days) the studio was more like a sauna without the steam, all ready for our tiny visitor.

In the short time Harrison was in the studio, we had a great mix of being awake and asleep, so we had a variety of shots and the ability to change things up a little which is always nice.

You may remember a recent Maternity shoot with Nicole, Steve and their beautiful daughter Ava, you can see it here, well baby Harrison is their newest edition!

He is so loved by all around him, especially big sister Ava who I am told has been a great help.  Nicole is also lucky to have her Mum down at the moment to help out, as well as her sister for a little while.  Hope you all enjoy your time together, as well as snuggles with Harrison!

Thanks for bringing Harrison to us Nicole and for all of your recent support, it doesn't go unnoticed!

Also, an extra big thanks to an old friend, Meagan, who has been making our lovely beanies and such.  A great job!  We can't wait to continue using them and building up a nice stash!

Poster Boy!

Our first official newborn, was baby Braith.  His Mother, Jo, is slightly older than us and lived across the road from us while we were growing up.  Both her parents and our Mum still live there to this day.  Jo, despite being a older than us, was a great play friend.  She used to keep us amused regularly with games, but I always remember her playing dolls, she just loved her babies.  Meet her second boy, Braith...

Despite being a little older than an official newborn, Braith gave us no trouble at all (except for peeing on Sarah just that once!) and was soon fast asleep.  Ten tiny toes...

You may recognise Braith from our website, we just couldn't resist using him us our little poster boy.  Thanks Jo for allowing us to meet your second little man and take some great photographs of him.  We look forward to seeing him when he is a bit older!
